Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Immunization Hotline Call Agent.

Must be able to:

• Answer basic questions regarding the vaccines
• Assist with appointment scheduling

Qualifications Include:

• Most local positions offer work-at-home after training on-site
• Must be authorized to work in their country of residence
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening
• Excellent communication skills
