Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Implementation Account Management and Electronic Data Interchange Operations Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring team operations are efficient, effective and in compliance with all federal, state and service level requirements
- Providing support to individuals for professional and personal growth
- Developing and fostering excellent relationships with carrier partners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years progressively responsible implementation and/or client management experience within the insurance industry
- 3 years Electronic Data Interchange or related experience
- Demonstrated analytical, interpretative, evaluative, and constructive thinking
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional business relationships with internal and external customers
- High level of Excel skills
- Ability to learn and manage system coding and customization
