Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and providing support services in a profitable environment
- Troubleshooting undocumented problems
- Ensuring the customer's entitlement of services

- 2 to 4 years of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of the Internet including applications and protocols
- Advanced knowledge level of Windows
- Advanced trouble-shooting skills with MS Office and standard applications
