Job Summary

An information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Implementation Analyst in Arlington.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Documenting customer requirements using user stories, workflow diagrams, meeting minutes, and other client documentation
• Configuring and testing the Learning Builder software to meet customer requirements
• Organizing and tracking work using our project management software

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
• Proficient with BPM methodology and tools and standard project management software and concepts
• Proficient in delivering a technical solution
