Job Summary
A cloud-based communications technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation and Partner Experience Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as primary resource for escalation data related to the implementation team
- Acting as a key member of the Onboarding leadership team
- Participating in the quality assurance calibration process and providing coaching opportunities to the team leaders
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience in telecommunications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of operations leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Accurate typing skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and negotiation skills to deal with customer's financial issues
