Job Summary
A nonprofit company has an open position for a Remote Implementation Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and managing implementation scope of services, plans, budgets, and timelines
- Supporting the creation of proposal and contracting documents
- Exhibiting ownership of the successful operations of partnerships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of professional experience in implementations or account management
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as with small teams
- Proactive and has creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in liaising between technical and non-technical departments
- Effective written and verbal communications with the ability to communicate directly with both internal departments
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous partners and workflows
