Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Help set and meet client expectations as you and the client works to their site's go live date
- Help build best solutions for new clients
- Help transition live clients into our standard support services portal
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 to 3 years knowledge the Learning Management Systems
- Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of customer support software andcommunications tools (Asana, Slack, Desk.com, etc.)
- Superior email and phone communication skillswith an affinity for customer service
- CSS/SCSS and HTML/HTML5 knowledge, and a desireto work with clients on custom branding
