Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Help set and meet client expectations as you and the client works to their site's go live date
  • Help build best solutions for new clients
  • Help transition live clients into our standard support services portal

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 to 3 years knowledge the Learning Management Systems
  • Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of customer support software andcommunications tools (Asana, Slack, Desk.com, etc.)
  • Superior email and phone communication skillswith an affinity for customer service
  • CSS/SCSS and HTML/HTML5 knowledge, and a desireto work with clients on custom branding
