A consulting company that creates software for workforce management has an open position for a Remote Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing recommendations to clients regarding application problems and solutions
- Gathering, analyzing and identifying client requirements/customizations needed
- Documenting all findings, recommendations and impact evaluations for clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 30% travel
- 1+ year experience implementing Kronos Workforce Ready
- Thorough understanding of implementation life cycle components
- Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate solutions
- Knowledge of Kronos customization, configuration and implementation processes and components
- Ability write test scripts/ test plans and support Functional, Integration and UAT testing
