Job Summary
A software development firm that creates human resources software is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Organize, schedule, and facilitate client kick-off meetings
- Provide payroll, tax, process, and HCM consultation to clients
- Effectively implement change control and escalate major implementation changes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel approximately 20%
- Expert knowledge and understanding of UKG Pro (formerly Ultipro) application
- Experience with payroll input and calculation effect of imputed income, gross-up, expatriates, benefits, and payroll taxation
- Experience within an environment using extensive internal compliance controls, i.e. SAS70, SSAE16
- Ability to provide input to data mapping from source system(s)
- Ability to create transition documentation for eventual transfer of client from professional services
