Job Summary

A software development firm that creates human resources software is seeking a Remote Implementation Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Organize, schedule, and facilitate client kick-off meetings
• Provide payroll, tax, process, and HCM consultation to clients
• Effectively implement change control and escalate major implementation changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel approximately 20%
• Expert knowledge and understanding of UKG Pro (formerly Ultipro) application
• Experience with payroll input and calculation effect of imputed income, gross-up, expatriates, benefits, and payroll taxation
• Experience within an environment using extensive internal compliance controls, i.e. SAS70, SSAE16
• Ability to provide input to data mapping from source system(s)
• Ability to create transition documentation for eventual transfer of client from professional services
