Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts
- Provide train-the-trainer customer education
- Ensure customers receive value and achieve high degrees of utilization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven history of success in an implementation or project management role
- Basic understanding of health care supply chain and procurement
- Ability to configure applications, with knowledge of front-end business process applications
- Dedication to customer service, with strong client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
