Required Skills:

• 4 yrs degree or equivalent
• Experience working with Higher Ed preferred
• 3 yrs SaaS software reporting implementation projects
• Ability to support a phased roll-out
• Experience in issue resolution techniques
• Experience in identifying and applying automation best practices
