Job Summary
A workplace safety consultancy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Consultant I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating/designing training webinar content
- Coordinating and managing the on-boarding strategy and implementation/technology integration timeline with customer
- Completing system integrations and confirm functional
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of customer software training over the phone
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree or equivalent combination of advanced education and experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written (email) communications skills
- Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing reference materials.
- Highly competent in Salesforce (Lightning), PC/Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office365 Applications
