Job Summary
A software as a service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Consulting Associate Manager.
Must be able to:
- Coach and develop Implementation Consulting staff
- Provide guidance and best practices to Implementation Services staff
- Serve as first point of escalation for issues within team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in a regulated, documented environment
- Relevant experience working with clinical trials or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience implementing business process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting project teams and meeting project timelines
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and negotiate competing priorities in a challenging environment
- 3+ years of professional work experience in best practice and process analysis/ development role
