Job Summary

A financial software and business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Implementation Conversion Analyst I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and facilitating client calls to gather necessary information for various implementations
• Configuring of the IVR and other activities throughout the implementation process
• Verifying acceptance criteria and product as the client intended after the implementation phase concludes

Required Skills:

• Project management experience required
• Experience with SharePoint and Ticketing Applications (eg. ServiceNow, Autotask)
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal awareness are critical
• Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
