Job Summary
A financial software and business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Implementation Conversion Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and facilitating client calls to gather necessary information for various implementations
- Configuring of the IVR and other activities throughout the implementation process
- Verifying acceptance criteria and product as the client intended after the implementation phase concludes
Required Skills:
- Project management experience required
- Experience with SharePoint and Ticketing Applications (eg. ServiceNow, Autotask)
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal awareness are critical
- Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Proficiency in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
