Job Summary
A cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology encodes dentist-level training is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing varying degrees of priorities and demands both internal and customer driven
- Interfacing with internal resources such as sales, customer success, clinical and engineering to establish and meet schedules for implementation and training
- Coordinating with customer contacts to manage steps from contract signature to on-time installation and training, in collaboration with the CSM
Qualifications Include:
- Self-motivated with excellent, customer relationship, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- 2 years of experience in implementation management and/or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in dental industry a plus
