Remote Implementation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Implementations to provide strategic oversight and leadership for complex product implementations in revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and functional delivery for product implementations
• Facilitate client-facing workshops to define requirements and validate workflows
• Oversee offshore configuration teams and ensure quality assurance across configuration, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EHR, or revenue cycle management implementations
• 5+ years in a solution design or implementation leadership role
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end implementations of healthcare platforms
• Strong background in one or more RCM domains such as Patient Access, Coding, or AR/Denials
