A management technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring team targets are met and seek ways to exceed targets
• Managing a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Managing executive level customer relationships

Qualifications Include:

• Ability and willingness to travel to prospect and customer sites as needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in human capital management applications
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Implementation targets
• Strong background in leading software implementation projects
