Job Summary
An apartment listings website is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, training and motivating our implementation team
- Acting as a cross-functional liaison among several teams
- Developing and reporting KPI’s to the Leadership Team weekly
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing leadership role
- Passionate about the customer onboarding experience
