Remote Implementation Director

Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and reporting goals to the leadership weekly and provide insights to that data
• Hiring, training and inspiring our implementation team
• Executing a customer onboarding and go-live strategy that exceeds industry expectations

Qualifications Include:

• Technical expertise: SQL/database, light coding, etc
• Sales ops, especially familiarity with Salesforce (from an admin perspective)
• 4+ years in a customer-facing leadership role leading a world-class implementation team
• Passionate about the client onboarding experience and how it can transform business
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a start-up mentality
• Proven success building and leading a top-performing implementation team
