Job Summary

A software-as-a-service company has a current position open for a Remote Implementation Engineer II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging with customers from contract-signing to successfully implementing their solution
  • Installing, configuring and implementing products
  • Identifying, troubleshooting and solving complex process and technology-related problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful implementation of SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries
  • JavaScript coding experience
