Job Summary
A customer data solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Engineering Manager in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Day to day management of the Implementation Engineering team
- Working with your Lead Developers to enhance team capabilities, standards and processes
- Partnering across the customer success team to maintain and improve upon an objectively measured customer satisfaction
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years minimum managing a customer success organization in a business to business software company
- Experience with a subscription-based revenue model
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and development skills
- Deep knowledge of complex data analytics platforms or customer data platforms
- Extensive knowledge of application development and software deployments
