Remote Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Manager.

Must be able to:

• Project manage all newly-signed customers implementations
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and customers to understand the scope of the project, create a timeline, and drive the implementation
• Act as the primary point of contact, partnering with the Customer Success Manager during the onboarding/implementation phase

Required Skills:

• Experience successfully managing complex customer-facing projects
• 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing position, training, project management, or in a position within a public transit agency
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to create new processes or refining old ones
• Experience having either worked in the transit or mobility industry, or possession of a demonstrated passion for transportation
• Ability to investigate and solve complicated questions about data and company’s tools
• Ability to assist transit agencies to achieve their transit initiative goals with the cpmpany platform
