Job Summary

A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing customer stakeholders through the implementation process
• Escalating and coordinating any issues and risks associated with the project scope
• Facilitating curation workshops for the customer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3-years of experience
• Understand SSO and other authentication methods
• Understand API and CSV integrations
• Knowledge of AICC and SCORM standards
