Job Summary
A cloud-based business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process
- Delivering top tier customer service and support across all product areas
- Assisting in training customers to ensure the successful beginning of a new customer journey
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge and experience
- Have a clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
