Job Summary
A cloud-based communications technology company is in need of a Remote Implementation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Obtain pertinent information about network, users, devices, and call flow
- Promptly answer inbound calls and performing troubleshooting steps to resolve customer issues and questions
- Help customers configure telephone extensions, services, and activate equipment
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of Unified Communications and VoIP technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to listen, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve common customer inquiries
- 1+ years of experience providing customer service, preferably in a cloud computing or telephone environment
