Job Summary

An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Manager in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve renewal targets
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Contributing to the evolution of the customer implementation process

Position Requirements Include:

  • You are willing to travel as this position requires a driver's license
  • 3 or more years of experience as a teacher and/or instructional coach
  • Experience in an implementation/account management position in the K-12 market
  • Excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated success building senior level relationships and managing complex projects
  • Experience training a group of people on something new
