Job Summary
An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Manager in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve renewal targets
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Contributing to the evolution of the customer implementation process
Position Requirements Include:
- You are willing to travel as this position requires a driver's license
- 3 or more years of experience as a teacher and/or instructional coach
- Experience in an implementation/account management position in the K-12 market
- Excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated success building senior level relationships and managing complex projects
- Experience training a group of people on something new
