Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Implementation Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of 6-9 Implementation Operations Specialists and Trainers
- Owning 300+ clients each month organizing and managing the tactical resource pla
- Assigning Implementation Operations Consultants to specific client engagement project
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years experience in customer or client implementation
- 1+ years experience in a coordinator, lead, project manager or similar
- Ability to problem solve, analyze situations and provide solutions
- Must be highly skilled in written and verbal communication
- Must have excellent customer service skills
