Job Summary
A company that provides financial services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Partner Director in Fort Wayne.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Direct and enhance organizational initiatives
- Direct and evaluate individual/team performance
- Maintain knowledge on developments and trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility
Required Skills:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 7+ Years of experience in relationship management or similar
- 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to successfully hire, retain, develop and coach staff
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend processes improvements
- Ability to perform under stress
