Job Summary

A fintech company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being responsible for managing the onboarding of new customers and ensuring their implementation process is seamless and streamlined
  • Motivating customers to complete implementation successfully by ensuring they are tracking against optimal project timelines
  • Coordinating with Customer Success to ensure products are received in a timely fashion

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • 3+ years’ experience with software and/or SaaS offerings and products
  • 2+ years’ experience in payments or merchant services
  • Experience in a customer-facing position in which you proactively addressed customer needs and provided solutions
  • Proficiency in project management concepts and softwar
  • Proficiency in Office basics (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
