An e-learning platform developer is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing escalated troubleshooting assistance to the company's Support Team
- Working quickly and responsively across internal operations teams to deliver client services via our internal tools
- Setting up integrations and subscriptions for customers
