A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scheduling and performing discovery calls with new practices

- Addressing questions via phone, email and Google Classroom
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum two years Clinic/In-office or in-practice experience in an eye care setting
- Experience with EMR/EHR software
- Passionate, customer-champion with proven ability to provide remote customer support
- Ability to research answers and provide solutions quickly and independently
