Job Summary

A service commerce platform developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting and managing customer interactions in our Salesforce CRM
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Supporting and helping define the strategic goals and objectives of the department and organization

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic understanding of the healthcare industry (HIPAA, PHI, EDI, CMS, etc)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs, MS Office and Google Business Apps
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable
