Job Summary
A service commerce platform developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Implementation Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting and managing customer interactions in our Salesforce CRM
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Supporting and helping define the strategic goals and objectives of the department and organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry (HIPAA, PHI, EDI, CMS, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs, MS Office and Google Business Apps
- Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable
