Job Summary

A commercial and retail services IT company has a current positionopenfor a Remote Implementation Specialist III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact during the software implementation process
  • Assisting the customer with training and usage of their EDI or API solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years experience performing and coordinating project tasks for software implementations
  • Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks
