Job Summary
A telecommunications and IT services firm is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Specialist III.
Must be able to:
- Process orders according to SLAs
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the assigned queue using time management skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Assoc degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
- 7-9 years related experience in specific area or equivalent
- May require technical certification
- Ability to motivate others
