Job Summary
An e-commerce provider and online marketplace for the cannabis industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Strategist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively communicating the benefits of platform via phone, email and video demos
- Helping make complex, technical concepts simple and digestible for dispensaries
- Managing the onboarding and training of new dispensaries on the platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of SaaS implementation, account management, or solutions engineering experience
- Hyper-organized and strong multi-tasker who can easily manage numerous projects
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and video conference
- High energy and ambition; enthusiasm to give customers the white glove treatment
- Very strong attention to detail
- Empathy and the ability to relate to a customer’s point of view
