Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Implementation Support Technician in Albany.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Independently diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving company software and hardware issues
  • Analyzing customer needs
  • Participating in the installation process and train end-users

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • All support currently is remote as things continue to change they will look to resume travel to clients sites safely
  • Willingness to travel across the United States to meet with clients on site 25% of the time
  • Experience with software/ hardware implementation
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or an associate degree and 1-3 years' experience in a related field
  • Ability to communicate with clients via email, phone and on-site visits
