Job Summary

A business software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementation Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging in the sales cycle to customers
  • Managing a large team of managers, project managers and consultants
  • Hitting quarterly kick-off and go-live targets

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with delivery of SaaS technologies and services
  • Proven experience building and developing implementation and/or service delivery teams
  • Strong operations orientation with ability to communicate at the C-level with Ceridian prospects
  • 10 years of experience managing implementation and service delivery teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 5 years in HCM services or related industry
