Job Summary

A financial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementations Engineer and Technical Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements
  • Monitoring and impacting key metrics and efficiencies
  • Providing Level 2 and 3 support to other team members

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong MS SQL skills and understanding of DB Design and TSQL query language
  • Configuration and deployment experience with Web Services
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages
  • Operation System, Hardware configuration and Network troubleshooting skills
