Job Summary

A financial organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Implementations Experience Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Provide pre-implementation on-site support for prospective and new members projects
  • Serve as subject matter expert across multiple product lines (e.g., Debit, Credit, eCommerce, TMC)
  • Manage and communicate conversion schedules, freezes, and partner vendor key dates

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel as needed to successfully perform position responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Seven (7) years of related experience in the payment processing industry
  • Thorough understanding of payment card products, support services and processes
  • Seven (7) years of related experience in business or system analysis
  • Experience working with multiple vendor and channel partners
