Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Implementations Manager in Beverly.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing all daily activities for the team of Implementation specialists
• Reviewing, approving and assigning all new Implementation kits to team members
• Helping to identify the importance and impact of a potential integration across each department

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience with iSolved software
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
