Job Summary

An automotive company has an open position for a Remote Impounds Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed and follow up to confirm resolution
• Maintain daily and weekly reports per client or management request using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous customer service experience is required
