Seeking a part-time remote In-House Counsel, the ideal candidate will manage commercial contracting, corporate/M&A matters, and lease reviews, bringing over 4 years of relevant experience, including prior in-house roles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with commercial contracting and corporate/M&A matters
• Review and negotiate lease agreements
• Provide legal guidance to support the aviation industry operations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with commercial contracts, leases, and/or corporate M&A matters
• Prior in-house counsel experience is required
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
