A banking technology company is filling a position for a Remote In House Counsel Commercial Contracts Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and prioritize contract pipeline
  • Interface with outside counsel (commercial, corporate, and regulatory) and with our customers and partners
  • Provide quick, concise, and commercially focused legal advice

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years working as an attorney
  • J.D. with CA or NY bar membership required
  • Super sharp legal issue spotting and high quality contract drafting
  • Experience or familiarity with online BaaS services
  • Experience or familiarity with licensing concepts
  • Experience or familiarity with personal/financial data regulations
