A provider of developer solutions has an open position for a Remote In House Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Giving accurate and timely counsel to executives
- Providing expert and strategic legal advice to our Founders
- Researching and evaluating different risk factors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BSc degree in law or J.D. degree
- Proven general counseling experience
- Ability to practice law in the US
- Prior Crypto/Blockchain working experience
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
