Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote In Store Small Business Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own sales targets for the business unit, examining growth opportunities and enabling sales improvements
- Implement sales strategies and action plans that drive enhanced revenue generation for the business
- Identify the roadmap that will lead to achievement of set objectives for the business unit
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience leading Inside and Field Sales models, and an appreciation of how they differ
- Deep understanding of the payments landscape
- Proven track record (10+ years) of full budget accountability and sales leadership
- Strong change-management and relationship-building skills at scale
