A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Speaking with customers daily to provide answers to inquiries
• Walking customers through full application process
• Updating accounts and input information into systems

Qualifications Include:

• BOTH an in-office and remote/work from home basis
• Follow instructions and office procedure
• Be willing to train/adapt to changing office procedures
• Work overtime including weekends
• Be adaptable and flexible in day to day schedules
