Job Summary
A healthcare industry verification and credential screening company is filling a position for a Remote Inbound Call Center Provider Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking inbound calls in a fast-paced call center
- Contacting providers via outbound phone calls, faxes, and emails, as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with using computers
- Proficiency in working with G-Suite/Google Workspace
