Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote inbound call center role starting in July 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

  • Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
  • Preferred 1 year of call center experience
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
  • Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
