Job Summary
To support Veterans through inbound calls, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries, document call details, and provide excellent service while working in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Document call details in the system and solve customer problems
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure end-of-day coverage
Required qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a VA government background check
- Two forms of valid ID, including a REAL ID or U.S. passport
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
- Great communication skills and a desire to help others
