Job Summary
Providing support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document call details while working in a supportive, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
- Document call details in the system and solve customer problems
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure end-of-day coverage
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
- Flexibility to work solo and as part of a team
